Patent Prosecution

We prepare and file a response to examination reports and office actions issued by the patent office.

A patent examiner from the patent office issues an examination report or an office action. The Patent Examiner sets forth one or more objections and rejections in an examination report or an office action. Typical rejections are against the claims, specifications, and drawings.

We review the examination report or office action. We prepare a response to each ground of rejection and objection made by the examiner. Also, we optionally schedule interviews and/or hearings with the USPTO and IPO patent examiners to advance the prosecution of the application.
