We conduct patent searches using paid and free databases. Our client is given a search report and opinion which comprises similar inventive concepts and our analysis on whether the invention is patentable or not. We perform prior art searches to determine the patentability of the invention.

To understand whether the inventive concept is novel over a prior art and therefore contains patentable subject matter

To determine whether the patent rights for an applicant enables in obtaining a patent through the scope or extensiveness of the claims in a patent application.
