Provisional and non-provisional (complete) patent application
We draft a utility patent application and file the same in the IPO and USPTO. A provisional patent application gives our clients an entire year to work on their invention. The one-year window allows our clients to explore the opportunity to assess the market on the inventive concept following which we assist clients in filing their non-provisional patent application.

PCT and national phase patent application
We assist our clients in filing a PCT application. A PCT application is required to be filed with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO). This application is filed within 12 months from the first filed corresponding patent application. A PCT application is a gateway to enter the national phase in any jurisdiction of the member countries under the Patent Co-operation Treaty. We have well-connected foreign associates spread across the globe who assist our clients in national phase entry and a direct foreign filing.
