A trademark identifies the source or origin of goods or services and distinguishes it from a competitor’s product or services.

We provide trademark-related services such as trademark searches, filing, prosecution, assignments, and renewal. We also provide trademark registrability opinions prior to the filing of a mark.

Trademark registration process in India

✅ Check your application to see if it’s available for registration. If it is not, a trademark objection will be raised.

✅ If there are no objections, the trademark office makes an advertisement in the Trade Marks Journal.

✅ If there is no opposition from other businesses (any third party) in the next four months, your trademark is registered around six to eight months later.
